Fulham Plays Nice & Gets Rewarded

Who says nice guys finish last? Well if you’re referring to the Europa League, that’s definitely not the case. After a season in which they didn’t have a single player sent off until the final match of the year, Fulham has earned a place in the Europa League based on their finish in UEFA’s Fair Play Table.

While Chelsea actually finished atop the Fair Play Table standings, they had already qualified for next seasons Champions League and therefore the spot was awarded to Fulham.
