USA World Cup Bid

Just under a week from today, FIFA representatives will visit the United States for an up close and personal evaluation of the USA‘s World Cup bid. The six-man inspection team will visit several of the stadiums and facilities that the USA Bid Committee has included as part of our official Bid. Following the trip, the delegation will report back to the FIFA Executive Committee with their findings and their experience will be an important factor in deciding whether or not the USA is eventually selected as the host.

Most of you have probably seen the gousabid.com website and the petition that has been floating around the web. Our Bid has the official support of over 980,000 people, but the goal is to reach 1 million signatures prior to FIFA arriving on American soil.

If you haven’t sign the petition yet, you can do so here:

If you’ve already signed, pass this info onto a friend so we can bring the World’s biggest sporting event to our own backyard!
